Weight Training can be the key to your staying fit and trim. Keeping your metabolism up and running at a high rate is critical if you are on a weight loss program. Weight Training provides the stimulation to your muscles and also to your central nervous system to boost your metabolic rate and help you burn more calories. Adding some muscle mass in select areas also gives your body more Fat Burning Machinery to do the same. Don’t worry women, you will not bulk up with unsightly bulging muscles. You are not genetically disposed for such to occur. A little more definition in your calves or a flatter stomach might be just what your looking for through. Core Strength and Stability Training (middle body) coupled with stretching and breathing exercises will get you started. Intermediate Routines (Middle Body Boot Camp) and Interval Training or specialized programs for Sports Specific Reasons are available after gaining basic core strength and stability.
Workout to challenging creative out of the ordinary routines, all of which were developed by myself. Many of these routines and my style of Personal Training have proven themselves to be challenging, entertaining, and of great value to previous clients who have realized their fitness goals. Significant gains in strength while loosing weight and adding muscle mass are the results many have experienced on their way to better health.
My experience in the fitness industry includes being employed as a Personal Trainer for the national fitness chain 24 Hour Fitness. This position was short lived as I became the Fitness Manager of one of their gyms within the first year of my employment with them. The duties of this position entailed building and managing a team of personal trainers at their location at FM 1960 and Wunderlick Dr. in Houston Texas.
