Tantric Arts, Tantric Lovemaking. In Tantric love a balance
or resonance is created between the energies of the two loving and feeling souls who shed
all inhibitions and passionately embrace each other and all that there is in creation. To make love with
another with no inhibitions or restraints, mentally and
physically can be the only catalyst required. This catalyst
then acts upon the energy bodies of those involved. If our
energy/spirit bodies are running clean (chakra centers
relatively free of blockages) then this magic
can occur. Sometimes while making love, two lovers will
also practice rhythmic and synchronized breathing either
consciously or inadvertently which can facilitate this
merging of bodies (physical and spiritual). Meditating and
practicing rhythmic breathing before sex can instigate the
matter as well. Focussing on Love, giving, sharing, and
letting go of all desire to control or dominate your lover
is the basic path to follow to bring this about more
regularly. Increasing stamina and endurance and not rushing
to a quick orgasm are also tools involved in this magic. It
can take time during lovemaking to develop the balance
required to initiate the ecstasy sought.
In most of western society we have been programed to control
or dominate others in sexual situations. This alone can
account for the dearth of Tantric experiences we are party
to. One typically must deprogram themselves and evaluate
their motives in seeking sexual union with another as a
first step to making the Tantric way part of their love
life. It is not about you and your next orgasm. It is about
sharing, giving, cooperating, opening up and receiving the
energy from on high that two lovers have available. It is
creative and ecstatic bliss that cannot be described well
with mere words.
